Methodology of organizing the catalogue of ontology properties

The problem of obtaining objective information about ontology properties is considered. It is suggested that marked graphs be used for constructing internal models of ontologies reflecting their various structural properties and further defining in their terms the properties of any ontology. Promising directions of ontology investigation are outlined using the proposed approach.
