On the New Sampling Formulae of the Generalized Sampling Theorem-Formulae Making Use of the Sampled Zero-th and First Order Derivative

New sampling formulae are presented, being based on the generalized sampling theorem given by Takizawa. Examples of the sampling formulae in this paper include the formulae, by which one can reconstruct a continuous function from its sampled values and sampled first order derivatives. The sampling formulae given here can he effectively applied as interpolation or extrapolation formulae.
