Performance analysis of asynchronous MIN with variable packets length

Vyacheslav Evgrafov · International Conference on Experience of Designing and Applications of CAD Systems in Microelectronics · 2009

There is a method for asynchronous buffered multistage interconnection network's performance evaluation presented in this paper. In our model, packets have a random length, distributed according to Erlang's law. The throughput and delay are evaluated using the proposed model. The influence of buffer length on system power will be studied.
