Convergence of Conjugate Residual-Like Methods to Solve Linear Equations

Convergence results are obtained for a class of conjugate residual-like algorithms to solve a real linear system of algebraic equations. The symmetric part of the matrix encountered is assumed to be positive definite. Some available results are shown to be special cases.
