Design Of A Scan Converter Using The Bisigmoidal Interpolation

This paper describes a system that converts a wide range of personal computer video formats to a target format. The conversion is performed based on the bisigmoidal interpolation, and look-up tables are used for efficient hardware implementation of that interpolation.
