Design and Implementation of Accident Prevention System for Second-Class Citizen based on Bluetooth and NFC

Abstract The rate of disappearance people such as children, demented elderly, and disabled is being increased every year. In this paper, we suggest accident prevention system for second class citizens which is based on Bluetooth and NFC to prevent second class citizens’ disappearance. Nowadays, most of people are using a smart phone, and these smart phones usually have Bluetooth and NFC module. Therefore in this paper, we would design and implement the accident prevention system for second class citizens and their guardians by using smart phones which have Bluetooth and NFC module.
