Intelligent closed-loop power control algorithmin CDMA mobile radio system

A novel decisive algorithm has been developed for controlling the power transmission of the mobiles in a CDMA mobile radio system. The new algorithm has been found to achieve a lower outage probability when compared with the conventional power control algorithm with optimum power control threshold.
