A complete proof of Bristol's relative gain array

Bristol has defined a matrix called the Relative Gain Array, as a measure of steady-state interaction for a given multivariable system, and gave a proof for the 2-input 2-output case. In this note, we provide a complete proof for the general case of an m -input m-output system.
