Growth estimates of perturbations in eigenvalue problems for the Rayleigh equation

Several upper estimates for the parameter characterizing a time growth of perturbations in some eigenvalue problems for the Rayleigh equation are obtained. The impermeability conditions or the free surface conditions are accepted on the layer boundaries.
