Lower estimate of the regulator of the direct product of almost periodic and periodic sequences

A lower estimate is proved for the almost periodicity regulator of the coupling of an almost periodic and a periodic sequences. This lower estimate differs from the known upper estimate only in the multiplier in the number of iterations of the regulator of the original sequence.
