F.E.T.-circuit realisation of the inductance

An f.e.t. circuit suitable for realising the inductance is proposed. The circuit is obtained by connecting a source-follower configuration in series with a resistive network utilising one negative resistance. An experimental inductance circuit using three f.e.t.s of the same type is described.
