So much research has been devoted recently on maintaining an acceptable quality-of-service (QoS) for the transmission of real-time multimedia streams. In personal communication human speech processing is one of the most important procedure. Because if a low bit-rate codec is used in voice over IP (VoIP) to achieve a high compression ratio, the original waveform can be significantly distorted. So this transmission impairment may decrease the quality of the speech, as a result we have error in the resulting speech. These new potential sources of signal distortion present significant challenges for objectively measuring speech quality. To overcome this problem we need to find an efficient speech enhancement algorithm. In this dissertation, adaptive gain equalizer algorithm is used for the accomplishment of a time domain technique for the enhancement of given speech. Here the concept of analog electronic circuit may be very useful as our aim to use a printed board circuit where ordinary analog electronic equipments are used. The projected clarification helps commencing extreme level of system bandwidth which does not need to quantizes as well as digitalizes information and put away extra resourceful power while go up against to various digital signal processor sup-ported clarifications or resolutions. Tests using our proposed algorithm prove the overall enhancement of speech quality on voice over Internet protocol.
