TIDAL TENSOR APPROACH TO GRAVITOELECTROMAGNETISM

We summarize the gravito-electromagnetic analogy based on tidal tensors. This analogy leads to an exact and fully general form for the gravitational analogues of Maxwell's equations, which allows for a transparent comparison between the two interactions. Special cases of matching between gravitational and electromagnetic tidal tensors are discussed.
