Temperature Compensated Dielectric Resonator Oscillator

This paper deals with the attempt for the temperature compensation of Dielectric Resonator Oscillator with an objective of improving the frequency stability. It Is shown that it Is possible to obtain a large Improvement in frequency stability with simple analog temperature compensation scheme.
