Drs. Kieburtz and Newhall discuss balanced magnetic circuits for logic and memory devices.The paper is a straightforward tutorial exposition of the subject; but it is too long, given the limited utility of this type of circuit.While the paper may be of technical value to students, there is too little reference to the actual and potential value of these devices in relation to others.One cannot say that there is something in this volume for everyone in computing; but there is something for many.
