Over the next year, the author has several goals for our society. First and foremost, we are all working hard to make ISTAS '13 in Toronto another great event. The theme this year is Wearable Computing - a wide ranging topic with implications in Biotechnology, digital privacy, and many other fields. We are also planning to expand our web presence even further - readers will be hearing a lot more about this over the next year.
