Research on Information Sharing and Fusion for Distributed Command and Control Decision-Making

Compared with the mode of information interaction among command and control (C2) deciders in the traditional high centralized hierarchical structure, the mode of information sharing and fusion in distributed structure has many different features to adapt the information grid environment. The key problems are information visualization, decision preference aggregation and information exchange. Accordingly, a concept of information component, an aggregating algorithm based on linguistic methods, and a way of information exchange through SNS (Social Network Services) are proposed to solve above problems.
