The universal calculate formula of /spl sigma/-similarity measure of fuzzy sets is deduced by depending upon the /spl sigma/-additivity, and the proposition of /spl sigma/-similarity measure is discussed by this universal calculate formula. According this formula, we can find that the similarity measure ties to l/sup p/-distance has /spl sigma/-additivity only if p equals 1.
