Minimax ensembles of Kerdock sequences

Approaches to optimization of signature ensembles for asynchronous multiuser code-division systems are discussed. Dominant advantage of Kerdock sets over other binary minimax families within the ensemble size has been demonstrated. Simple structures of Kerdock sequence generators are described. The table of quaternary polynomials, which are used to construct these generators, is presented. The results of numerical analysis of multiple-access interference statistics in wide ranges of Doppler mismatches have been discussed.
