Realization of singular systems via Markov parameters and moments

An algorithm is developed via the Markov parameters and moments for the construction of minimal realizations for linear, finite dimensional, time-invariant, discrete-time singular systems. The algorithm presented is an exact one and needs only simple numerical operations.
