A Generalized Learner-Controlled Education System

This paper explains the logic and basic components of the Learner-Controlled Education System (LCES). The system is generally applicable to all areas of educational content or fields of instruction. It is best described as a computer-based, multi-media instructional approach which emphasizes self-paced individualized learning.
