P‐35: Image Hamiltonian: A Proposed Metric for Medical Image Transmission

Abstract A metric based on the two‐dimensional Hamiltonian is suggested for medical image transmission. By comparing the images on different platforms, the present method can give a reasonable prediction and judgment on the quality of the transmitted medical images.
