The Application of Internet of Things Technologies on the Status Management of the Equipment under the Coal Mine

The development situation and the use of Internet of Things is presented, also the use of Internet of Things in the coal industry is introduced. Then a system on status managements of the equipment under the coal mine has been designed in Visual Studio 2008.Mine communications link is designed by utilizing the combination of the transmission on mine wired network and Wi-Fi wireless network technology. Effectively monitoring the variety of devices in the control center on the ground and timely exchanging the information of the equipments' working and status information with the remote customer and manufacturers have a certain meaning to ensure the safety of the coal mine.
