The paper presents a method for the design of excellent temperature characteristic electromechanical filters1,2) based on iterative approximation techniques. Elements of a filter are decided in order to minimize the temperature changes in filter characteristic. This paper also includes the 128 kHz torsional mode pole electromechanical channel filter without temperature-compensation capacitor by using a new kind of transducer. It is shown that the filter passband attenuation ripples satisfy the C.C.I.T.T 1/20 standard in a 0°C to 65°C temperature range.
