Verifiable signature sharing for DSA with heuristicsecurity

The author points out that verifiable signature sharing (VΣS) for the DSA proposed by Franklin et al. at Eurocrypt'95 does not possess heuristic security, and he proposes an improved scheme which does possess heuristic security.
