On-line query system

An interactive query system which is based on a library of on-line manuals and which provides answers quickly to users' questions stated in unrestricted English can alleviate many of the informational problems of the users of today's complex computing systems. In addition to providing relevant information to users when and where they need it, on-line manuals make it possible to insure that the latest manual updates have been made for all users. This project is involved in the development of such a system.
