Increase of measurement accuracy of frequency mistunings of resonant sensors [dielectric materials measurement applications]

This work presents the structure of a microwave resonant sensor frequency mistuning meter. This structure provides an increase of the measurement accuracy. The effects of the measurement path units instability and the quality of the resonator interaction with the researched material are considered.
