Performance statistics can help the users

Computer center managers are heavy users of statistics about their users' jobs. In fact, most computer centers understand their users quite well: how many of them there are, how many and what types of jobs they run, how long they stay logged on, how many times their jobs fail, and how much money they spend. The users can also benefit from this knowledge.
