A ULA for High Bit Rate Transmission System Terminal Use

A Prototype ULA device is described that has been designed to meet many of the terminal circuit requirements of high bit rate telecommunication transmission systems. The device structure and facilities are discussed together with example results produced at 280 Mbit/s and above.
