It is a great challenge that how to improve the wireless network integration and utilize heterogeneous resources effectively. In this paper, we present a design scheme of reconfigurable cognitive network platform based on open architecture. It introduces the framework of multi-frequency and multi-mode terminal, including the analysis and design of reconfigurable base station. By open-type architecture, it can form a reliable and complete system and it can be adapted and improved by users. The presented platform has the ability to simulate the integration with various heterogeneous networks, and it can also verify the software function by network reconstruction mechanism and performance.
