Smart plug monitoring using oracle event processing

In this paper, we present the solutions that we have developed for the DEBS'2014 Grand Challenge queries using the Oracle Event Processing (OEP) platform. The paper details the requirements of these queries that have been modeled using expressive Continuous Query Language (CQL) of OEP and discusses the strategies employed for improving performance.
