Position Papers' of the CSCW'94 Workshopsvarious research groups to cooperate and share knowledge in a computer supported environment, based on: (i) multi-media services, accessed over a A TM network via the software bus, (ii) the creation of intelligent agents which support the configuration of the bus in regard to controlling access to information sources and document support, such as library services, worldwide web, (iii) a set of tools which allow the dynamic specification for the nature of the cooperative working between group members.
