Minimisation of total harmonic distortion in active-loaded differential BJT amplifiers

Starting from a physical model which represents the BJT more accurately than conventional models, new expressions for calculating the harmonic distortion coefficients of activeloaded differential BJT amplifiers are derived and applied to the determination of the optimum operating point where the THD is minimum.
