Parameter identification in linear networks

In this paper it is shown that Foster's formula can be used as a mathematical tool for the parameter identification of networks. Several techniques are then presented for the computation of the circuit elements if all the nodes are accessible. In addition, a method isolating one element, without any short circuiting, is presented.
