An algorithm to compute canonical forms in multivariable control systems

A simple algorithm is presented in this correspondence to compute the nonfixed elements in the canonical forms (\sim{A}, \sim{B}, \sim{C}) associated with the matrix triple (A,B,C) in a completely controllable and completely observable time invariant dynamical systems.
