Use of Operational Amplifiers in the Measurement of Transistor Parameters

William C. Hazel · Review of Scientific Instruments · 1958

The operational amplifier which serves as the basic element of modern electronic differential analyzers is utilized in the precise measurement of the low-frequency parameters of transistors. The method is based on the current-controlling and current-measuring functions which may be performed by the amplifiers.
