A novel three terminal thermistor: the varitherm

A new three terminal `thermistor' is described in the present work in which the third lead serves as a control electrode. The single voltage current characteristic in a simple thermistor is replaced here by a family of curves. Response curves for different working conditions and sizes of thermistor are given.
