An Approach to Forming Optimal Design Structures on the Basis of the Ranking Method of Solving Nonlinear Boolean Equations

A new formulation of the problem for the formalization of choice of the optimal design structure of the organization, based on a modern methodology for developing complex software systems, which reduces to nonlinear Boolean equations. A procedure is developed that uses the rank approach to solving combinatorial optimization problems, which has polynomial time complexity. The results of statistical modeling that substantiate the effectiveness of the proposed method are presented.
