In Eq. 6 and the line before, the superscript r should be replaced by N, e.g., R s N n instead of R s r n . In Sec. IV D, the last lines of the third paragraph should read as "In this case, Eve succeeds with probability p suc =5/ 8; that is, slightly better than random guessing. In general, when each bit of a message is encoded to qubits, and Eve performs successive SWAP tests to deduce it, the average success probability can be brought arbitrarily close to random guessing by choosing sufficiently large ."
