Two new topological rough operators

In this paper, two new topological rough operators are introduced for the topological spaces. Using them, two inequalities well known in topology can now be modified to become equalities. With this change, and in the topological applications in the field of rough sets no information will be lost in the new topological expressions. Many topological properties can be improved and in particular, the topological union, topological intersection and topological complement operations can be redefined based on the two equalities.
