A Controlled Filter for Bio-Electric Potentials

A controlled filter is proposed for smoothing the slowly changing portion of certain bio-electric potentials without distorting the preceding faster waveform. Considerable noise reduction can be achieved, making more precise definition of epoch and waveform possible.
