Error-free coefficient realisation of recursive part via input-partitioned filter structure

A new filter structure is developed which allows precise coefficient implementation in the recursive part of the system. This is achieved by partitioning the input sequence into sets of inputs and realising the recursive part of the system into parallel subfilters with precise pole realisation.
