Further results for evaluation of even order elliptic filter functions using the Darlington algorithm

The Darlington algorithm to obtain elliptic filter functions and the Báez-López modification for class A even order functions is extended to obtain class B and C even order elliptic filter functions by means of a generalisation of the original transformations introduced by Cauer.
