In computer science, graph is one of the most complex data structures.But graph can be used in research and in bussiness because of its intuitive expression.It is a focus in data mining how to derive the interesting subgraph patterns from a great number of graphs.This article introduces a data mining algorithm based on graph which ueses the graph theory to improve the classic Apriori algorithm.And this algorithm can mine frequent subgraph patterns effectively.
