A note concerning two ISBN-checking algorithms

This note comments on a paper of G. McMurdo concerning two ISBN-checking algorithms. It is shown in a trivial way that both algorithms are exactly the same in all cases. So there was no need to check 2000 ISBN-numbers by computer as did McMurdo.
