Development goals after 2015 – the role of information, books and libraries

The United Nations' Millennium Development Goals are currently being reviewed. Librarians need to engage in the debate if the role of library and information services in support of development is to be better recognised, putting their role in the context of the need for improving national infrastructures to make more locally-relevant information content available.
