Hybrid Differential Evolution Algorithm for Traveling Salesman Problem

A hybrid differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve middle-size traveling salesman problem. The new algorithm improve differential evolution algorithm with position-ordering encoding by incorporating efficient Hill-Climbing algorithm. Simulation results of five benchmark instances show the effectiveness of the new algorithm.
