An open Web community system centered at emerging job leads and academic literatures for doctoral students, researchers and companies seeking researchers has been developed.Three information resources are regarded as basic information provided by the system; profile of registered researchers, job information for researchers and an aggregate of academic literatures.The implemented system "UCEE Researcher Database" provides effective information presentation with comprehensive linkage among three basic information resources.A versatile Web application framework which enables us to deal with specialized academic information has been established through the development of the system.
