Improving the accuracy of the complex image technique
M.K. Hellen, Ian James Craddock · Microwave and Optical Technology Letters · 2001
The complex image (CI) technique is used to calculate Green's functions for dipoles radiating in layered media using a system identification technique, usually the generalized pencil-of-function (GPOF) method. In this paper, new weighted system identification techniques are applied for the first time to the CI technique, which greatly increase its accuracy. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
