A Link between two Connectedness Notions

In this chapter two new Galois connections are introduced with the purpose of relating the notion of connectedness introduced and analyzed in the previous two chapters to the one that was briefly introduced by Dikranjan and Giuli ([DG 3 ]) but then mostly studied by Clementino and Tholen ([CT 1 ]) that will be presented later in this chapter.
